Sales Executive

£25,000 – £30,000 basic + commission

We’re looking for a driven, experienced Sales Executive to grow our business selling bespoke windows and doors. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys generating new business, closing deals, and working with high-quality, made-to-measure products. A background in selling bespoke windows and doors would be advantageous.

The Role

This is a new-business-focused sales role where you’ll take ownership of developing opportunities across the Taunton and Somerset area. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and site visits to quotation and close — with strong support from our production and installation teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Proactively generate and convert new sales opportunities

● Sell bespoke windows and doors to domestic and trade customers

● Attend site visits and customer meetings

● Prepare quotations and drive deals to close

● Build a strong local pipeline and customer base

● Achieve and exceed sales targets

About You

● Proven experience selling windows and doors (essential)

● Strong new-business / field sales background

● Confident closer with excellent communication skills

● Self-motivated, target driven, and organised

● Full UK driving licence
