For the interior of this property, we installed fire-rated JANISOL EI30 glazing throughout. This system provides 30 minutes of fire resistance, offering critical protection while maintaining visual continuity and openness in the space. Exterior Glazing Solution: Cortizo Bifold and COrtizi T52
For the exterior façade, we installed a Cortizo bifold system with an additional Cortizo T52 on top, creating a grand glazed façade measuring over 6,900 mm in height and 3,540 mm in width. This expansive glazed façade is the focal point of the property’s exterior, bringing natural light into the interior spaces and enhancing the connection to the surrounding landscape.
