Veritas Glazing Solutions completed a beautiful glazing project near Hereford, implemented in two distinct phases. This bespoke project combined sleek Crittall elements with innovative Cortizo sliding solutions to deliver a modern, open and light-filled space.
Phase One: Interior Transformation with Crittall Steel Framework
The project's first phase focused on the interiors, where we installed a range of Crittall products, adding a refined industrial edge to the property. Here's a closer look at the installations:
- Large Crittall Door with Side Panels: The focal point of the interior was a substantial Crittall door, spanning 5,960 mm in width. This door, complete with side panels, offers a grand entrance while maximising natural light flow and creating a smooth visual connection between rooms.
- Single and Double W20 Doors: Multiple W20 Crittall single and double doors were integrated throughout the property, offering versatility and seamless access between spaces while maintaining the continuity of the steel-framed aesthetic.
- Homelight + Steel Panels: Five Homelight Plus steel panels were installed, enhancing the design's openness while maintaining structural integrity. These panels bring additional light into the space, creating an airy, expansive feel.
- Additional Steel Single Doors: Several single doors were incorporated to complement the larger Crittall installations, delivering a cohesive look that ties each room together within the overall industrial-modern style.
Phase Two: Exterior Elegance with Cortizo COR-Vision Sliding Doors and Jumbo Glass Panel
In the second phase, the project shifted to the exterior, where Veritas installed high-performance Cortizo sliding doors, emphasising minimalism and maximising the views of the surrounding landscape.
- Cortizo COR-Vision Aluminium Sliding Doors: Five Cortizo COR-Vision sliding doors were fitted in various formats, including three-panel and two-panel configurations. These doors allow for a smooth indoor-outdoor transition, offering an unobstructed view of the outdoor environment and enabling natural light to flood the interior spaces.
- Oversized Glass Panel: A statement feature in this phase was the jumbo aluminium glass panel, measuring an impressive 6,335 mm x 2,480 mm. This large-format glass installation provides a stunning glass wall, giving the residence a grandeur and immersing the occupants in the natural beauty.
